Добавление дипиридамола к традиционной антиангинальной терапии способствует улучшению клинической картины заболевания и уменьшению функционального класса стенокардии у больных ИБС. При использовании дипиридамола в течение 3 месяцев отмечается увеличение порога толерантности к физической нагрузке, увеличение времени выполнения нагрузки, уменьшение зон асинергии по данным стресс-ЭхоКГ на высоте нагрузки, что позволяет косвенно судить о возможности ангиогенеза в гипоперфузированных областях миокарда, находящихся в зоне стенозированной коронарной артерии.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>There is a great number of coronary patients to whom traditional methods of myocardium revascularization are not indicated. Addition of dipyridamol to traditional antianginal treatment promotes improvement of clinical features of the disease and decreased functional class of angina in coronary patients.
