Анализ структурных характеристик и электроэнцефалографической (ЭЭГ) картины ПОКД у пациентов после прямой реваскуляризации миокарда в условиях искусственного кровообращения (ИК).</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. В исследование включено 114 пациентов-мужчин, перенесших плановое коронарное шунтирование (КШ) в условиях ИК, средний возраст составил 55,9±5,3 лет. Всем пациентам было проведено нейро-физиологическое тестирование за 3–5 дней до операции и на 7–10-е сутки после КШ. В те же сроки 65 пациентам из основной группы (средний возраст — 57,2±5,1 лет) было проведено ЭЭГ-исследование.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Операция КШ, проводимая в условиях ИК, в 79% случаев осложняется развитием ранней ПОКД. Когнитивное снижение чаще всего наблюдается в таких доменах, как нейродинамика и память. Обнаружено, что ранняя ПОКД сопровождается ЭЭГ-признаками корковой дисфункции (увеличение мощности биопотенциалов низкочастотных тета-ритмов).</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Согласно результатам исследования, структура ранней ПОКД в послеоперационном периоде КШ с ИК состоит из поражения функций нейродинамики и памяти, что может являться причиной ухудшения качества жизни пациентов и снижения эффективности операции.</p></sec><sec><title> </title><p> </p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Aim. To analyze structural chareacteristics and electroencephalographic (EEG) pattern of post-operation cognitive dysfunction (POCD) in patients after direct myocardial revascularization under artificial circulation (AI). Material and methods. Totally 114 male-patients included, underwent scheduled coronary bypass grafting (CBG) under the AI, with average age 55,9±5,3 y. In 3-5 days before operation and on 7-10 day after all patients underwent neurophysiological testing; of those 65 patients also underwent EEG. Results. The CBG operation with AI leads in 79% of cases to the early POCD. Cognitive impairment usually becomes prominent in the domains of neurodynamics and memory. It is shown that the early POCD is followed by EEG-signs of cortical dysfunction (increase of low-frequency theta-rhythm magnitude).</p><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
