В статье  обсуждаются  особенности   диагностики и лечения хронической ишемической  болезни  сердца  у пациентов  старшего возраста. Ведение  таких пациентов  затрудняется частой  коморбидностью, снижением познавательных возможностей, повышением риска побочных эффектов  лекарств,  ограниченными ресурсами для выбора оптимального лечения.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Ischemic heart  disease impacts  greatly the morbidity and mortality of population. The  article  focuses   on  the  specifics  of  diagnostics   and  treatment of  chronic coronary heart disease in patients of older age.
