Цель. Оценить эффективность и безопасность применения триметазидина МВ при комплексном лечении больных со стабильной стенокардией. Обследовано 90 человек – 57 женщин и 33 мужчины в возрасте от 48 до 70 лет (средний возраст – 61,4 ± 6,03 года). Всем больным назначался триметазидин МВ (Депренорм МВ) по 35 мг 2 раза в сутки в течение 2 мес. На фоне лечения отмечено уменьшение количества приступов стенокардии, значительное снижение числа таблеток изосорбида динитрата, потребовавшихся для купирования приступов стенокардии, а также уменьшение функционального класса (ФК) стенокардии. Заключение. Депренорм МВ может применяться для комплексного лечения больных ишемической болезнью сердца, стабильной стенокардии напряжения в сочетании со стандартной антиангинальной терапией.

 

 

Aim. To investigate effectiveness and safety of trimetazidine MB in the complex treatment of stable angina. In total, 90 patients were examined – 57 women and 33 men aged 48-70 years (mean age 61,4 ± 6,03 years). All participants received trimetazidine MB (Deprenorm MB) for 3 months (35 mg twice per day). The treatment was associated with reduced angina attack incidence and decreased dose of isosorbide dinitrate, taken during angina attacks. Functional class (FC) of angina was also reduced. Conclusion. Deprenorm MB could be recommended for complex treatment of the patients with coronary heart disease and stable effort angina, who already receive standard anti-anginal therapy.
