В исследование были включены 454 больных с высоким риском. Активность ренина плазмы (АРП) и плазменная концентрация альдостерона (ПКА) были определены радиоиммунологическим методом. Концентрация адреналина и норадреналина была определена в суточной моче флюорометрическим методом. Результаты показали, что активность САС повышается с увеличением АРП и уменьшением концентрации альдостерона и отношения ПКА: АРП и подавляется, наоборот, – с уменьшением АРП и увеличением концентрации альдостерона и отношения ПКА: АРП. ЧСС на ЭКГ покоя имеет четкую корреляцию с суточной экскрецией катехоламинов с мочой.</p><sec><title> </title><p> </p></sec><sec><title> </title><p> </p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The study was focused on assessing sympatho-adrenal system (SAS) activity in patients with arterial hypertension and included 454 hypertensive individuals at high risk. Plasma renin activity (PRA) and plasma aldosterone concentration (PAC) were measured by radio-immune method. Adrenalin and noradrenalin concentration in 24-hour urine was measured by fluorometry. SAS increase was associated with increased PRA and decreased PAC or PAC/PRA ratio. On the contrary, SAS reduction was linked to decreased PRA and elevated PAC or PAC/PRA ratio.
