В исследование включено 529 пациентов с ИМпST, которые разделены на 2 группы: 1-я группа — пациенты с диагностированной ранее ХОБЛ — 65 человек (12,3%), 2-я — пациенты без ХОБЛ — 464 человека (87,7%). Диагноз ХОБЛ верифицировался на основании заключений в медицинской амбулаторной документации. Всем пациентам при поступлении проведены коронароангиография и ангиопластика со стентированием инфарктзависимой артерии. Оценка лабораторных показателей проводилась на 10–14 сутки от начала ИМ.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. У больных ИМпST с сопутствующей ХОБЛ значимо чаще наблюдалось осложненное течение госпитального периода инфаркта миокарда. Госпитальная летальность от инфаркта миокарда в группе с сопутствующей ХОБЛ также оказалась более высокой. Через 1 год после инфаркта миокарда зарегистрировано больше конечных точек у пациентов с ХОБЛ. В этой же группе выше значения NT-proBNP на 10 день течения инфаркта миокарда.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. В Кемеровской области встречаемость ХОБЛ среди пациентов с ИМпST составила 12,3%. Хроническая обструктивная болезнь легких ассоциирована с неблагоприятными исходами госпитального и годового периодов инфаркта миокарда и характеризуется большим числом осложнений. Это должно учитываться в практической деятельности для формирования групп высокого риска в условиях промышленного региона и оптимизации лечебного процесса.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Aim. To study the immediate and long-term outcomes of STEMI in patients with concomitant COPD in Kuzbass. Material and methods. Totally 529 patients with STEMI included. They were divided into 2 groups: 1st — patients with COPD diagnosed before (65 pts., 12,3%), 2nd — patients without COPD (464 pts.— 87,7%). The diagnosis of COPD was verified by anamnesis morbi in outpatient records. At admittance all patients underwent coronary angiography and angioplastic with infarct-depending artery stenting. Laboratory values were assessed by 10-14 days after MI. Results. There was higher prevalence of complicated in-hospital MI course in patients with STEMI and COPD. In-hospital mortality was also higher. After 1 year more endpoints registered for those with COPD.
