Установлено, что у больных с повышенными уровнями адипонек-тина в крови отмечается меньшая выраженность атеросклероза сонных артерий (достоверно меньше среднее значение показателя суммарного объема атером) и большая эластичность артериальной стенки (характеризующаяся меньшим средним значением показателя жесткости – Icompl), чем в группе пациентов с низкими уровнями адипонектина.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The associations between adiponectin levels and atherosclerotic remodelling of carotid arteries were investigated in 50 patients with coronary heart disease.
